Refund Policy

• Service Fees: Payments are non-refundable once the service begins. This includes wellness consultations, digital products, and retreats.

• No Refunds for Digital Products: As our digital offerings are instantly accessible, we cannot offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

Exceptions In extraordinary situations, refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.
